CAMPUS DENSITY

Campus Density, also known as Flux is an iOS and Android application that measures the real-time occupancy of dining halls and gyms on campus so students don’t have to wait in long lines to be able to access these services on campus. Students can then avoid crowded dining halls and gyms where they are likely to not find a spot. The application also displays the menus for the dining halls, the equipment for fitness centers and the busiest hours at these places using past data and it is also being scaled to lecture halls to quantify the risk of attending specific in-person classes during the pandemic so students can ensure they follow social distance protocols.
